Returns & Shipping

These policies apply to every shop on Rooted Marketplace.

Shipping

Vendors ship orders within 3 days of the order being placed. Tracking is added to your order as soon as a label is created.

Returns

  • You have 7 days after delivery to request a return.
  • Once a return is requested, you have 7 days to ship the item back (14 days total from delivery).
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • While a return is in progress, the vendor's payout is held. If the item isn't shipped back within 7 days of the return request, the return is closed and payment is released to the vendor.

Damaged items

If your item arrives damaged, you must report it within 2 days of delivery with photos. Damage claims filed after 2 days can't be honored.

How to start a return

Once Rooted Marketplace launches, go to your account, find the order, and click Request return. Until then, sign up to be a vendor on Rooted Marketplace.
